Using mindfulness, somatic awareness, and gentle inner exploration, we look at the patterns that keep you stuck, not to judge them, but to understand them. Together, we create the inner safety needed to release old narratives, build self-trust, and step into a more grounded version of yourself.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or not quite like yourself, even if things “look fine” on the outside, therapy can be a supportive place to explore that. You don’t need to be in crisis to begin. Many people come to therapy simply because they want more clarity, ease, or alignment in their lives.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. Therapy with me is a space to slow down, get curious, and gently explore patterns shaping your thoughts, emotions, and relationships. I won’t rush or push you. We move at a pace that feels supportive, grounded, and respectful of your nervous system.

I only offer virtual secure telehealth sessions, allowing you to attend therapy from the comfort of your own space.

Most clients begin with weekly sessions to build consistency and momentum. Over time, session frequency can shift based on your needs, goals, and capacity.

I work with several insurance plans, including Aetna, Cigna, and Blue Cross Blue Shield. I’m happy to help clarify what therapy might look like with your insurance.
For clients who prefer not to use insurance or whose plans are not accepted, I offer a private pay option at a rate of $120 Private pay can offer more flexibility and privacy, and payment is due at the time of session.
